Medical Scheduler

Currently seeking a Medical Scheduler to work for a leading healthcare organization in Baltimore, MD.

This opportunity offers:

• No weekends/ Monday-Friday, day shift
• Opportunity to gain experience in the healthcare environment, learning a leading EMR systems

Responsibilities:

Completing data collection, closing gaps in care, and assisting in the coordination of care for patients.

Will promote patient centered care and work collaboratively with primary care providers and the care teams.

Schedule patient appointments

• Obtain records from other providers results as needed for care coordination efforts.

• Assist in obtaining medical records and facilitating communication between multiple providers.

• Assist with care coordination and communication between multiple providers

Hours: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
