Home Care - Registered Nurse - Full-time

Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of Home Health experience is required.

• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a New Jersey license or compact license in hand at the time of application.

• Candidates must live at least 40 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

No Block Scheduling requests

Every other weekend and holidays as scheduled are required.

BSN

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing - Required.

Required Skills & Experience: Minimum of 6 months to a year of home care experience required

Knowledge of OASIS required

Knowledge of Wound Care, Wound VAC, Tubes, Drains, Infusion required

Must have acute care/hospital experience.

Preferred Skills & Experience: Knowledge of Home Care EPIC application preferred

Certified Home Care experience strongly preferred

With previous and recent IV experience (preferred) within one (1) year.

Prior hospital experience strongly preferred

Medicare certified home care experience is highly preferred.
