Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Ability to manage multiple commercial construction projects at time throughout the Greater Naples area
- Ensure all necessary permits and legal paperwork are in place before the construction process begins
- Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Coordinate and direct subcontractors, as well as self-perform teams, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities
- Review and understand the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and accurately estimate costs
- Oversee all onsite construction to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
- Meet contractual conditions of performance and ensure the highest quality of building standards
- Review the work progress on a daily basis and resolve any emerging issues
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years as a Project Manager, understanding and/or ability to assist in Estimating process a plus
- Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
- Expert knowledge in building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
- Competent in conflict and crisis management
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles
- Familiarity with construction/project management software
