Key Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists in preparing and distributing medications, including counting, labeling, and recording dosages.
• Provide exceptional customer service, including handling inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate patient records and inventory, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Operate and manage the maintenance of pharmacy equipment and software.
• Process insurance claims and work with healthcare providers to ensure patients receive their medications promptly and accurately.
• Support the pharmacy's operational requirements by completing tasks assigned by the pharmacist.

Shift:

• Monday-Friday: 8:30am-5:30pm

Qualifications:

• IA Pharmacy Technician license.
• 1 year of recent pharmacy experience.
