Quality Inspector $20/Hour

Micro Tech is seeking a Quality Inspector to join our clients Manufacturing Company in the South Shore. This is a Full Time position paying $20/Hour potentially more based on experience. Hours are Monday through Friday 6:30AM to 2:30PM.

Duties:

• Audit, verify and/or reconcile production counts and sample quality levels of finished manufactured product in compliance with PCI requirements following existing schedules and procedure
• Notify shift supervisor of deficiencies in a real-time manner in accordance with established protocol
• Bundle, wrap, pack and label in accordance with customer specific requirements
• Load finished product onto trucks enforcing security protocol
• Operate various types of machinery including grinders, counters and measuring instruments
• Complete and maintain accurate detailed records of work performed
• Review and analyze operator records and shipping information for accuracy and trend identification
• Build skids and have the physical ability to move up to 2,000 pounds using a pallet jack
• Perform CQM testing on MasterCard EMV orders
• Support equipment testing, capability studies, calibration, SS, lean initiatives and other job-related duties
• Conduct Internal and Customer Problem Report assignments

Requirements:

• Basic math skills
• Computer skills : Microsoft Excel & Word
• Experience working within a manufacturing company
