Your Role: As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring the optimal performance of our production lines. From troubleshooting to preventive maintenance, your expertise will keep our facility humming.

What to know about this role:
· Job Type: Full-time
· Location: Enosburg Falls, VT
· Pay: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
· Perform preventative maintenance on various equipment and systems
· Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical malfunctions
· Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors as needed
· Assist with equipment design and setup
· Maintain records and uphold safety standards

Required Skills:
· Mechanical aptitude
· Proficiency in machining, welding, plumbing, and electrical work
· Ability to work independently and with production teams
· Flexibility for on-call duties

Ideal Qualifications:
· 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, preferably in food production
· Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs
· Comfort with pneumatics and programming
· Wastewater certification a plus
