Corporate Paralegal

Excellent law firm in the Tampa area is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to be a part of the team. There is no remote offered, the position will be in office.

Corporate Paralegal in its Tampa Bayshore office. Key responsibilities include forming, dissolving, merging and maintaining records for corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies; preparing and filing IRS forms for new entities; preparing governmental agencies reports, audit letter requests, corporate resolutions and partnership actions; reviewing purchase/sale agreements, drafting closing lists and organizing closing documents; researching state corporate statutes and securities laws; performing due diligence activities. Must have four years of relevant experience and excellent computer and written and verbal communication skills. Florida Registered Paralegal preferred.
