$21-23/hour | 12 Hour Shifts (5am-5pm)

• Overtime possible/ mandatory

Laborers/Operators Requirements

• Knowledge of basic machine operation
• 1 Year of Manufacturing experience
• Proper PPE (Ear plugs, safety glasses, hard hat, and steel toe shoes/boots.)
• Attention to detail
• Must be able to perform basic math skills
• Must be able to read a tape measure
• High School Diploma/GED

About the Laborers/Operators Role

• Ensure adherence to Safety, Environmental, Quality, and Production standards by implementing and overseeing robust protocols.
• Operate a variety of machines with precision and expertise to manufacture parts and components in accordance with customer specifications.
• Conduct thorough inspections and assessments to guarantee the proper functioning and efficiency of all machinery.
• Execute assembly and cutting tasks, demonstrating a keen attention to detail and a commitment to meeting specified requirements.
• Proactively engage in troubleshooting activities to identify and resolve any issues related to the production process promptly.
• Uphold 5s procedures, organizing workspaces, and maintaining a systematic and efficient workflow.
• Exhibit a high level of proficiency in operating forklifts and other specialized material handling equipment, ensuring a seamless and safe material flow throughout the production area.
• Record and document all aspects of production, maintaining accurate and comprehensive records, including detailed logs of machine operation, quality control checks, and any necessary adjustments made during the production process.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to communicate any challenges or improvements needed in the production process.
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement by actively participating in training programs and staying abreast of industry best practices.
• This role requires a meticulous individual with a strong focus on quality, safety, and efficiency, capable of contributing to a dynamic manufacturing environment and ensuring the seamless production of high-quality components.
