Plant Mechanic/Technician Tasks & Duties (What you'll do)

• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair a variety of electrical and mechanical equipment

• Disassemble mechanical equipment, identify faulty/worn parts, replace, reassemble, and test

• Perform mechanic skills including: mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic, repair of production and packaging machines

Plant Mechanic/Technician Shift Info

• Rotating Shift, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm / 7:00 pm to 7:00 am

• One month days and Rotate to one month nights

• Every other week 3 day weekends

• Plant Mechanic/Technician Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)

• Plant Mechanic/Technician experience preferred

• GED / High School Diploma

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

• Able to pass a background check

• Able to work in the US

• Able to stand on concrete and/or platforms for up to a 12 hour shift

• Basic hydraulics/pneumatics experience

• Able to read and follow blueprints and electrical diagrams

• Able to diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in power tools and equipment
