Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Effectively collaborate with Medical Staff, Department Managers, and colleagues.

• Assist with year-end audits and ensure compliance with audit requirements.

• Maintain data integrity, consistency, and accuracy by applying proper accounting principles.

• Assist with weekly deposits as needed, maintaining accurate records.

• Assist with quarterly grant reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Compile and verify monthly facility statistics for Hospital Authority Board packets.

• Maintain capital asset and depreciation schedules, ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

• Previous experience in Healthcare Finance preferred
