Schools - Behavior Specialist

ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Vail, CO. This position involves working within a school setting to provide behavior analysis services to students with diverse needs. As an RBT, you will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other members of the educational team to implement individualized behavior intervention plans and strategies. Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the BCBA
• Provide direct, one-on-one behavior support to students in various educational settings
• Collect data on student progress and behavior using prescribed methods
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions
• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers regarding student progress and behavior management strategies

Qualifications:

• Must hold current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
• Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary clearances
