Pre-K Teacher Needed - North Carolina (NC)

Position Type: Full-time
Caseload: Pre-K
Pay range: $25+/hr; based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with early childhood education standards and promotes holistic development.
• Plan and lead instructional activities that stimulate creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues through effective munication and collaboration.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Assess student progress, track developmental milestones, and municate observations to parents/guardians regularly.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all students by adhering to health and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred).
• Relevant experience working with preschool-age children in a classroom setting.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
• Excellent munication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Education or a related field. Masters degree and teaching certification preferred.
• Proven experience as a General Education Teacher.
• Strong knowledge of subject matter and pedagogy.
• Excellent munication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, support staff, and administrators.
