Property Management
• Put up and Remove any Marketing Signs
• Post Notices (as needed)
• Vacant & READY! Inspections
• Perform Drive-By Inspections
• Take pictures of exterior & interior of properties/units in appropriate location and create accurate description of
work needed or issue
Move-Outs/ Turnover
● Perform Move-Out Inspection and document condition
● Perform Final Inspection and document condition
Leadership & Business Metrics
• Communication to Maintenance Supervisor and/or Tenant Relations Manager
• Develop working relationships and integrate with internal team
• Contribute to property management and maintenance metrics
• Understand laws/statutes related to the position
• Integrate with internal team
Competencies:
• Basic computer skills required w/ ability to learn new software programs
