Administrative Assistant

What you get to do every day

- Support diverse projects for other employees

- Answer telephone calls, assist with daily clerical responsibilities, data entry, and reporting

- Greet and instruct visitors

- Complete word processing, filing, and faxing

- Applicant must be familiar with word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

- Familiarity with data entry, reporting, and updating employee details

- Solid understanding of Safety Guidelines

- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel

- Training development experience highly desired

- Demonstrated knowledge of Administrative Assistance

- Strong communication and social skills

- At least 3 years of Administrative Assistant experience preferred in a manufacturing setting
