• Developing and implementing tailored lesson plans to address the individualized learning requirements of students with disabilities
• Collaborating with school staff and parents to develop and implement effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students
• Providing direct instruction and support across various subjects and skill levels
• Creating and maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education
• Texas state certification in Special Education
• Previous experience working with students with disabilities preferred
• Proficiency in developing and implementing IEPs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
