Job Details
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, or a similar field of study
- 5+ years of experience in Multi-Family ground-up construction with a GC
- 3+ years of start-to-finish project experience
- Start-to-finish experience on projects greater than $50M
Project Details:
- Ground-up Multi-family build of 400 units, garden style
- Wood framing
- Pre-cast garage
- This role will work at the project site most days
