Bison USA is looking for a Driver Recruiter. The Driver Recruiter is responsible for making sure Bison USA is provided with sufficient quantity and quality of Drivers and Owner Operators in an efficient & effective manner. This will be accomplished by selling the driver program to potential hires, pre-screening, and assisting in driver qualification as well as gathering information to help develop driver programs, recruitment strategies, and retention strategies. The Driver Recruiter Generalist will also ensure our overall safety standards as they apply to potential new hires.

For this opening, we are specifically looking for someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.

The Driver Recruiter will act with integrity and professionalism at all times. They will also be adaptable, creative and innovative.

Finally, this position requires a high school diploma at minimum, and 6+ months of general recruitment experience, preferably in the transportation sector, but not required.
