Job Description:
The Batch Processing and Packaging Operator is responsible for various tasks involved in batch processing and packaging operations. This includes manual charges, sampling of reactors and blend tanks, and performing SAP functions as required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual charges and sampling of reactors and blend tanks.
- Perform SAP functions related to batch processing and packaging.
- Prioritize safety, environmental concerns, and product quality in all tasks.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulations set by Federal, State, and local agencies.
- Maintain efficiency and accuracy in weighing, recording, and documenting material charges.
- Utilize the Distributive Control System (DCS) to enhance production efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong commitment to safety and product quality.
- Ability to adhere to regulatory compliance standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in recording and documentation.
- Familiarity with SAP functions and basic computer skills.
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate forklifts.
- Willingness to work outdoors and follow Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) guidelines.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in batch processing and packaging operations is preferred.
