Back Office Tech $17 - Full-time

Express Employment is looking for a Back Office Technician. This position requires at least 1 year of current experience.

Pay: $17/Hour

Work Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M., Friday 8:00 A.M.  12:00 P.M.

Location: Chico, Ca

Job description:

•    Return and answer patients' phone calls
•    Greet patients and show them to their room
•    Prepare patients for examination
•    Maintain and stock all rooms
•    Clean and maintain all instruments
•    Check patients uncorrected and corrected visual acuity for distance and near
•    Complete a detail patient history, medication history, chief complaints, visual acuity, and glaucoma tests
•    Check patients' glasses by either manual lensometry or automated lensomentry
•    Collect and calculate diagnostic data. K readings, refraction, and visual fields
•    Prepare an office surgery tray for the doctor
•    Attends required staff and educational meetings as requested
•    Maintains strictest confidentiality
•    Performs related work as required

Requirements:

•    1 year of current experience
•    Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
