Legal - Intern

Roles & Responsibilities:

The Legal Intern position will be a remote position where you can work up to a maximum 30 hours per week.

What are we looking for:

* Smart energetic fun and flexible student.

* Communicate persuasively by providing recommendations and ideas.

* Team attitude that no job is too big or too small.

* Assist in identifying collecting managing reporting and analyzing legal matter data.

* Perform analysis of legal spend data - Prepare presentations and communications materials.

* Assist in database maintenance.

* Perform legal research.

* Other duties as assigned Requirements:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Strong analytical skills

* Experience and knowledge on Excel, PowerPoint, Word is preferred.

Learning Objectives:

* The intern will deepen their understanding of how a corporate legal department operates.

* The intern will gain professional experience providing reporting and presentation material.

* The intern will gain practical experience working in a fast-paced environment Education.

* University student with interest in pursuing a legal career.

Hourly Rate and Other Compensation

The hourly rate for this position is $25.00 per hour, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
