Exciting Opportunity in Clover, SC! Staffmark is currently seeking a motivated Junior Buyer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in an exciting team environment with excellent benefits.

Pay Rate: $43,000 - $45,000 per year

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

In this role, you will be responsible for completing purchasing activities to support the overall supply demands of the production departments within the facility. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will execute purchasing activities efficiently and cost-effectively.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Procure materials and supplies needed by various departments in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Issue Purchase Orders and monitor the return of acknowledgments.
  • Establish material replenishment methods and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Track incoming inventory and manage delivery, quality, performance, cost, and customer satisfaction for established vendors.
  • Coordinate material cycle counts and act as a liaison with accounting to resolve purchase order/item receipt issues.
  • Serve as a backup to the Materials Planner.
