Salary Range: $75,260.25-128,700

For California, New York, and CT candidates:

Potential salary range: $75,260.25-146,250

Potential yearly incentive pay: up to 15% of base salary

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Direct Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team! This role is focused on retention advocacy and loyalty for our State Farm agents. This is a great opportunity to make a significant impact by rebuilding programs for our agents from the ground up! The ideal candidate for this role should possess an open-minded approach and thrive in a collaborative work environment.

As a Direct Marketing Specialist in this role you will get to:

  • Create innovative programs that support State Farm agents in their retention advocacy and loyalty efforts
  • Working closely with key stakeholders to ensure the availability of direct marketing assets required for effective campaign team execution
  • Provide completed staff work
  • Work collaboratively with other areas


Qualifications

Highly desired skills:

  • Proficient in project management and driving out timelines
  • Experience in coordinating outcomes across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Experience in producing completed staff work, including business recommendations, executive summaries, and project documentation
  • Eagerness to learn and achieve personal growth
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment
