RNs earn up to $53.00 per hour! Join our float nursing pool where you can build the flexible schedule that works for you based on our availability! We have Registered Nurse (RN) float nursing pool opportunities available at multiple affiliated skilled nursing centers within a geographic area. Work a minimum of 2 shifts a week including every other weekend or full-time hours depending on open shifts. As a Regional Float RN, you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. You will also manage patient care by performing nursing assessments and collaborating with the nursing team and other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care.
