Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of role experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license prior to placement start.

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Knowledge and skill of operation of mammography equipment and ultrasound equipment to produce quality examinations.

Knowledge of sterile technique.

15 C.E. hours in Mammography required.

Education: Graduation from ARRT accredited Radiologic Technology school.

If licensed after April 28, 1999 must have documentation of 40 hours of specific training in mammography including but not limited to: Breast Anatomy and Physiology, positioning and compression, quality assurance/quality control techniques and imaging of patients with breast implants.

Documentation of 25 mammograms performed under direct supervision -8 hours of mammography training specific to digital and tomosynthesis mammography.

15 mammography specific CEU’s in the last 3 years.
