Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay: $20/hour
Responsibilities:
- Professionally answer and direct incoming calls.
- Assist walk-in customers with inquiries and appointment scheduling.
- Perform accurate data entry tasks.
- Organize and maintain filing systems for documents.
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues via email.
- May assist in facilitating Zoom meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.
