Food preparation worker - Full-time / Part-time

Our client, a food distribution company, is seeking a Tumbler to join their team in Bay Shore, NY. As a Food Prep/ Tumbler, you will be part of the Food Prep department. The ideal candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude which will align successfully in the organization. This is a temporary opportunity. 

Job Title: Food Preration Worker / Tumbler

Location: Bay Shore, NY

Pay Range: $16.50 - $17.00

Schedule: 2nd shift - Monday to Friday, 12:00pm - 8:30pm OR 1:30pm-10:15pm

What’s the Job?

• Pushing and pulling bins of raw chicken that need to be mixed up into a tumbling machine to marinade.
• Shoveling raw chicken in a refrigeration room.
• Sanitation duties.
• This is a physical role, requires lifting and carrying up to 50lbs. 

What’s Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Food Prep experience 
• Ability to work on low temperatures or in a freezer area. 
• Ability to carry and lift up to 50lbs.
