Cabinetry Consultant - Full-time / Part-time

Our client, a family run custom cabinetry company is seeking a Cabinetry Consultant to join their team. As a Cabinetry Consultant, you will be part of the Customer Service Department. The ideal candidate will have Customer Service skills, the ability to upsell additional services or products and multitask, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Cabinetry Consultant

Shift:  1st Monday - Friday 

Location: Cheektowaga, NY

Pay Range: $20.00
 

What’s the Job?

• Answering phone call from customer placing orders and providing sale quotes
• Works closely with sales representatives
• Assist walk-ins customers in the showroom with questions and upsell complimentary sales
• Research product solutions for customers 

What’s Needed?

• Related experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of closet design, closet components or building materials experience 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products
