VILLA PUEBLO is currently SEEKING an Administrative Assistant to join our Independent Senior Living team!

Schedule: Sundays and Mondays 7a-7p, additional hours available depending on the Locations Needs.

As a Administration Assistant, you will have the unique opportunity to positively impact our residents every day. You will partner with a multidisciplinary team of staff, and under the supervision of a Independent Senior Living Director, positively represent the facility, providing routine support and customer service to both residents and staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet all visitors and maintain sign in and sign out sheets.
  • Answer the telephone, forward calls, take messages and deliver messages to appropriate personnel.
  • Complete direct inquiry sheets on prospects and conduct tours of community.
  • Monitor entrances and exits and report suspicious activity to Security, Maintenance Director, or Executive Director.
  • Uphold fire safety and emergency procedures. Notify appropriate staff of unsafe situations within the building or grounds.
  • Keep the lobby and reception area clean, neat, and orderly.
  • Perform light office work as assigned.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Dependable and caring desire to work with the elderly
  • Ability to Pass a Background Check and MVR (Motor Vehicle Report)
  • Experience in Senior Living preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel) required

WAGE RANGE: $16.00
