Privacy Engineer (Junior)

Personnel Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of relative experience, OR
• A master’s degree and one (1) year of relative experience, OR
• At least seven (7) years of relative experience in an IT or Legal field in lieu of a degree.
• At least three (3) years’ experience in developing, implementing, or evaluating Privacy Act documentation
• At least two (2) years’ experience in NIST, FISMA and Privacy Act compliance background, experience developing, implementing, or evaluating Privacy Threshold Analysis, Privacy Impact Analysis, and System of Record Notices.

Capabilities:

• Implementation of full Privacy Act activities and processes.
• Experience in FISMA, Privacy Act and NIST Framework.
• Solid understanding and experience developing Privacy Threshold Analysis, Privacy Impact Assessments, and System of Record Notices.
• Strong team player committed to excellence.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
