Machine Operator
Play a critical role in ensuring the efficient production of composite components when you become a Machine Operator for our client's facility in Auburn, AL. As a Machine Operator, you’ll be responsible for setting up and operating cutting-edge machinery, conducting regular inspections, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Your New Role:
As a Machine Operator, you will have a big impact on ensuring smooth operations and product quality in the production process.
- Set up and operate machines involved in the production of composite components.
- Conduct regular inspections of machines and identify any issues or abnormalities, promptly reporting them to the supervisor.
- Make necessary adjustments to machine settings, such as speed, feed, and depth of cut, to ensure accurate production.
- Load and unload materials into machines and ensure proper alignment and positioning.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet the required specifications.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
What You Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience as a machine operator or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or composites industry.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with composite materials and manufacturing processes is a plus.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
