Quality Control Analyst
Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a prominent manufacturer in (Elgin), within the manufacturing industry.
We are looking for a friendly passionate person to join a great team as Quality Control. A charismatic person that loves to be detail orientated organize, punctual, and working in industrial environment.
Quality Control Pay:
- 3rd Shift 11:00pm - 7:10am
Quality Control Responsibilities:
• Understand and support company quality objective
• Daily monitoring of Unit Quality
• Master control
• CMM Programming/Measurement
• Helps maintain laboratory equipment
• Follow all company rules and regulations related to environmental, health and safety
• Manage MRB (Material Review Board)
• Understand and support company quality objective

• Follow all company rules and regulations related to environmental, health and safety
• Manage MRB (Material Review Board)
Quality Control Competencies:
• Understand the process flow of each internal manufacturing process.
• Analyze and validate the quality of product made from internal manufacturing processes.
• Must understand customer requirements related to calibration.
• Read and understand technical drawings.
• Understand how to run and create programs from CMM
• Work closely with other NTN hourly and salary team members
• Ability to troubleshoot quality issues on plant floor.
• Ability to setup Dial Gauges and comprehensive knowledge of laboratory equipment functions.

• 3 years of quality manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience in automotive industry preferred.
• High School level math skill, statistics.
• Ability to solve problems involving manufacturing processes that can influence or change product quality.
• Microsoft Office
• Experience with GAGE Trak or similar calibration software is a plus.
• Experience with PC-DMIS or similar CMM software is a plus.
• Experience with JDE Inventory process preferred but not mandatory.
• 3 years of quality manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience in automotive industry preferred.
