We have an exciting opportunity with a fast growing company for an experienced Shipping and Receiving specialist. The Shipping and Receiving Associate will play a crucial role in managing incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in all shipping processes.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against packing slips or invoices.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and arranging for carrier pickup or drop-off.
• Utilize PC skills to update shipping records, maintain inventory databases, and generate shipping documents.
• Coordinate with carriers for domestic and international shipments, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations and documentation requirements.
• Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts, stock replenishment, and organization of storage areas.
• Maintain a clean and organized shipping and receiving area, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and resolve any shipping-related issues promptly.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic, contributing to a productive and collaborative work environment.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Proficiency in PC skills
• Experience with inventory management is a plus
• Familiarity with UPS & FedEx online platforms is advantageous
• Knowledge of international shipping procedures is beneficial
• Excellent attendance record and positive attitude are essential

Working Hours: 8am-4:30pm

Pay: $19.25/hr
