Salary: $70,000.00+

Are you a highly skilled Paramedic looking for an exciting opportunity to serve patients in a rural healthcare setting in Texas? We are currently seeking a dedicated Paramedic to join our team in Canadian, TX, and provide life-saving care to those in need.


As a Paramedic in our rural healthcare setting, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment, with the potential to save lives and make a real difference in the lives of our patients. You will have the chance to work alongside other medical professionals and become an integral part of our healthcare team.

We are seeking someone who is passionate about helping others and has excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. You will need to be able to work well under pressure, and have the ability to remain calm and focused in high-stress situations.


In this role, you will be responsible for providing pre-hospital emergency care, responding to 911 calls, and transporting patients to the hospital. You will need to be comfortable working with a variety of patients, from pediatric to geriatric, and be able to adapt to different situations as they arise.


To be considered for this role, you must have:

- A minimum of either a high school diploma or a GED as evidence of completion of a high school education

- A valid Paramedic certification in the state of Texas

- American Heart Association BCLS/ACLS/PALS certification

- EVOC training (both must be completed within 6 months of hire)-A valid Texas driver's license with a good driving record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work well in a team environment

Minimum Experience, Abilities Required and Special Requirements:
- This position requires at least one year of experience as a Paramedic. 

- The employee must possess basic working knowledge of computers, and be able to enter necessary data into a computer.
