IT Support Specialist
$22 - $32/ an hour
Danville, VA
Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm
We have partnered with a global industry leader in Danville, VA, seeking an experienced and energetic IT Support Specialist to join a successful and growing team!
What You Will Do:
- Effective use of Help Desk tracking and ticketing system, experience with ServiceNow REQUIRED (Opens/Tracks/Closes service desk tickets)
- Asset management experience required
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Maintaining a professional relationship with all customers
- Providing technical support by responding to and resolving end-user problems
- Installation and configuration of new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software
- Documenting internal procedures
- Assisting with the onboarding of new users
- Troubleshoot Microsoft Windows operating system
What You Need:
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications (O365)
- Ability to work independently and yet be effective within a team setting.
- 4+ Years’ experience as a service desk analyst with proven experience.
- Factory environment experience a plus.
- Ability to work the below schedule:
Monday – Friday: 8 AM – 5 PM (1 Hour lunch break)
