Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions.Sales Generation: Drive new business development through proactive outreach and networking.Policy Management: Assist clients in selecting and managing their insurance policies effectively.Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance regulations and ensure adherence to guidelines.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Alabama P&C Insurance License required.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is beneficial.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Customer Focus: A deep commitment to understanding and meeting client needs.
