The Role:

As our Design Project Coordinator, you will be the connection between sales and project management You'll collaborate closely with clients, guiding them through the exciting journey of material selection and design choices. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure every tile, faucet, and light fixture reflects our client's vision.
You will meticulously record change orders and craft comprehensive job packets, ensuring our project managers have everything they need to bring these visions to life.

Responsibilities:


  • Understand all specs of plumbing fixtures ( showers , tubs, toilets, sinks , )
  • Understand all specs lighting fixtures
  • Understand all specs of of the Schluter waterproofing system
  • Work directly with clients and vendors to finalize design details. CLEAR COMMUNICATION IS A MUST
  • Record and manage all change orders efficiently.
  • Create detailed and accurate job packets for project management.
  • You will be required to understand all the plumbing and tile components of a bathroom
  • Ensure the smooth transition of project details from design to execution.
  • Manage deliveries and shipments

Qualifications:


  • Experience in design, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • A keen eye for design and detail.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and technology.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
