Responsibilities:
- Understand all specs of plumbing fixtures ( showers , tubs, toilets, sinks , )
- Understand all specs lighting fixtures
- Understand all specs of of the Schluter waterproofing system
- Work directly with clients and vendors to finalize design details. CLEAR COMMUNICATION IS A MUST
- Record and manage all change orders efficiently.
- Create detailed and accurate job packets for project management.
- You will be required to understand all the plumbing and tile components of a bathroom
- Ensure the smooth transition of project details from design to execution.
- Manage deliveries and shipments
Qualifications:
- Experience in design, project coordination, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A keen eye for design and detail.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and technology.
- A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
