SCHRC is a local mental health clinic that provides a comprehensive range of mental health care services for adults and children. We became a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) in 2021 and we employ over 140 staff in 15 programs in Waseca, Steele, and Dodge Counties.
Youngdahl Living is a 16-unit building designed to support adults who have experienced barriers to securing stable housing for themselves. The purpose of the position is to provide onsite monitoring 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, this includes monitoring access to the building, activity in the public areas of the building as well as being available to provide support and emergency assistance to tenants if needed. Staff are available for emergency support, assistance or crisis intervention and access community resources as appropriate.

Position: Youngdahl Front Desk Staff

Part Time hours
Weekend shifts, Afternoon/Evening shifts, Daytime shifts, and Overnight shifts(awake/sleep position)

Primary Responsibilities:
Assist in Maintaining cleanliness and safety of the building
Maintain resident records
Staff will monitor changes in behavior, participation in therapies, impact of visits from friends, family, and interaction with peers and compliance with tenant lease obligations
Keep supervisor informed of any issues that arise.

Education
High School diploma or GED
Must pass the required applicant background check.
Be 18 years of age or above.
One year of experience in the mental health/behavioral health field
Driver license

Wage
Wage Range of $16.50 to $ 17.50
