Coupa Consultant
Personnel Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or Master’s degree in a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience with two or more of the following procurement technology packages: Ariba, Coupa, and/or Oracle.
- Experience with the procure to pay process including accounts payable.
- Experience with one or more of the following: direct and indirect materials, operational procurement, requirements analysis, business process design, Source to Pay (S2P), Source to Settle (S2S), Procure to Pay (P2P), catalog management, and vendor/supplier management.
- Collaborate with developers and other subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs. Thorough understanding of Coupa’s tools, procure-to-pay and e-Invoicing modules and the business processes that utilize them.
- Hands-on administration, configuration and support experience of Coupa.
- Experience working with Agile methodology, including creating stories, participating in scrums and other Agile ceremonies.
- Coupa Certified Professional having at least 6 years of Industry experience out of which at least 3 years in Coupa technology
Capabilities:
- Act as SME on Coupa.
- Understand the Board's Source to Pay processes, business objectives, and systems.
- Develop work plans and manage activities across multiple project workstreams. Identify and implement strategic programs for operations and develop ways to assess, measure, and improve operational performance.
- Evaluate datasets to recommend and assess production ready data.
- Must have worked on at least one Coupa Implementation / Rollout project as a Functional Consultant / Solution Architect
- Should have in-depth knowledge of any Cloud Application implementation project life cycle
- Sound Knowledge of Coupa Modules with Implementation / Rollout experience
- Should have sound business knowledge in the procurement area & have provided standard or customized solutions to business requirements.
- Experience in solution architecting and designing of Coupa integration with ERP / middleware / 3rd Party applications.
- Hands on experience in configuration of different Coupa modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Procure, Invoice, Expenses etc.), Coupa integration setup.
- Project management experience and customer management.
- Knowledge of ERP application and associated integration.
- Coupa CLM-A experience.
- Working experience in multi-vendor & onshore-offshore model.
