Data Management Consultant (Senior)

Personnel Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other computer related field.
• At least15 years of relevant work experience with demonstrated leadership in data management, transformation, analytics.
• At least five (5) years in a data focused leadership position or any equivalent combination of training, experience, and skills.
• Strong background in large-scale, shared data environments, project management, and oversight experience preferred.
• Certification as Data Governance Professional desired.

Capabilities

• Demonstrated success in building, managing and leading technical data/information management teams.
• Demonstrated solid experience working on strategy projects in data warehouse space.
• Extensive knowledge of different modeling techniques such as data modeling and/or predictive modeling.
• Technical abilities including: database modeling principles, SQL, Security Master, and Microsoft Office.
• Effective analytical abilities to examine infrastructures and make recommendations on improvements.
• Knowledge of risk data architecture and technology solutions.
• Demonstrated skills in analysis, problem solving, customer service, and relationship building desired.
• Advanced experience with the major data warehousing products available in the market.
• Advanced expertise in creating and deploying best practices and methodologies.
• Advanced experience with the major data warehousing products available in the market.
• Knowledge of risk data architecture and technology solutions.
