Release Train Engineer (RTE) (Senior/Executive)
Personnel Qualifications:
- Expertise within Agile frameworks and Lean principles.
- Bachelor's degree in software development, engineering, project management or a related field.
- Scrum master, project management, RTE and agile training experience
Certifications Needed:
- Scrum Master Certification (PSM I, CSM, SAFe Scrum Master)
- Certified SAFe® Release Train Engineer (RTE)
Capabilities
- Coordinating, aiding, and guiding teams per the principles of Lean/Agile.
- Work with the teams in the Agile Release Train (ART) to prioritize features to be considered in each program increment (PI) planning cycle, mitigate risks and identifying and managing bottlenecks.
- Improve the flow of value across value streams by enhancing and evaluating DevOps and Release on Demand techniques in the Continuous Delivery Pipeline.
