Be the driving force behind our Credit Union’s success! As the Marketing Manager, you'll lead strategic initiatives to elevate our competitive edge within the markets we serve, including Spanish-speaking markets. From crafting dynamic advertising campaigns to turbocharging our online presence, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Marketing: Develop eye-catching print and digital advertising campaigns and implement social media strategies to boost our online impact.
Strategic Planning: Create and execute marketing and sales plans, ensuring they align with individual branch goals and market trends.
Digital Dynamo: Manage our social media presence across platforms, engaging with our community and ensuring our content is top-notch.
Event Extraordinaire: Coordinate and execute special events, including our annual meeting, to leave a lasting impression.
Innovative Strategist: Propose and implement strategic plans that drive both short-term and long-term marketing success.
Relationship Rockstar: Cultivate sponsor relationships and maintain a positive image of the Credit Union within the community.
Market Maven: Dive into market research, recommending modifications to attract our target groups.
Feedback Maestro: Address member complaints and grievances, turning challenges into opportunities.

Skills & Experience:

Experience: 5-10 years in marketing or a related field, with a focus on digital strategies
Creativity: Bring a fresh, innovative perspective to content creation; work with 3rd-party vendors to develop content that stands out in a crowded digital & print landscape
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry-recognized certifications
People Skills: Motivate and influence leaders, presenting confidently to diverse audiences
Technical Savvy: Utilize data mining activities to generate targeted lists for marketing campaigns
