Meat Cutter/Carnicera

Avilas at Foot Hill Ranch is looking for Meat Cutter/Carniceros.

Must have experience. We are looking for an experienced Meat cutter that is available Sunday- Saturday, evenings & mornings.

Essential Functions of the Position:

• Cut, Trim, package meat
• Prepare meat products
• Receive, inspect, and store meat upon delivery
• Track and order inventory
• Maintain a sanitized, and organized work area
• Other duties will be assigned

Additional Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age
  
• Excellent hand-eye coordination

Physical Requirements

• Standing: Must be able to stand 100% of the time for more than 8 hours.
• Kneeling/Climbing/Bending: Must be able to kneel, bend, or climb 75% of the time.
• Lifting/Pulling/Pushing: Must be able to lift 20 lbs. or more.
• Turning/Twisting/Squatting: Must be able to turn, twist, and squat more than 75% of the time
