Interlachen Country Club is seeking expo's for our new restaurant, The Lodge. We are redefining casual country club dining, exploring global inspiration while honoring classic preparations in our newest outlet, The Lodge. Our modern approach will make way for exciting but familiar dishes such as hand-tossed brick oven pizzas, house-cured and smoked meats, and seasonal soups and salads. Thoughtfully designed by award-winning firm Shea, The Lodge features four open-air garage doors, exposed brick, cozy fireplaces, and equal indoor and outdoor seating on our new West Campus.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Arrange dishes with care, adding garnishes and final touches.
• Maintain the integrity & appearance of each dish before it leaves the kitchen.
• Work closely with the BOH and FOH staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Keep orders organized and ensure they are delivered to the correct tables promptly.
• Clear and reset all tables
• Assist your fellow team members with additional tasks when needed.
• Support your fellow team members and contribute to a healthy, positive culture.

Ideal Qualifications and Attributes:

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or GE.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service/hospitality.
• Must be 16 years or older.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to move and lift up to 25-50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time

Availability

• This position is available for part-time individuals. Candidates must be willing to have flexible schedules and willing to work weekdays, weekends, and some holidays. Shifts will differ from 4-8 hours.
