Front of House / Banquet Manager

We are seeking a Front of House / Banquet Manager (Hybrid Position) to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience in a polished-casual restaurant concept.

Responsibilities:

• Hiring servers, hosts and guest assistants with GM approvals
• Weekly schedules reviewed and posted by appropriate times; server, host, & guest assistant
• Maintains uniforms standards; server, host, & guest assistant
• Work closely with management team to develop special events that will help market private dining
• Develop relationships with key retailers to help promote (rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, company meetings and events)

Qualifications:

• 2+ years as FOH/Assistant Manager in a Full-Service restaurant w/ Bar (Polished-Casual Dining)
• Polished-Casual Dining / Full-Service Restaurant w/ Bar management experience REQUIRED
