Job DescriptionCompany Description
Talento Search Group has an opening for a Maintenance Technician in Boonville, Missouri. This is a direct-hire position and the pay range is $27-32 per hour, depending on experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Assist other maintenance personnel as needed
- Maintain facility including lighting, overhead doors, compressors, and electrical
- Keep spare parts in inventory
- Ensure belts and motors are in working order
- Ensure that gearboxes, chains, belts, and pulleys are in working order
- Reduce machine downtime
Experience Needed:
- At least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Experience performing preventive maintenance on production machinery
- Experience working with 480V, 3 phase motors, circuits and ability to read electrical schematics
- Mechanical skill sets including piping, hydraulics, pumps, motors, and flow controls
- Basic PLC troubleshooting experience is preferred
- Minimum of high school diploma or GED
