Job Description
LOCATION: San Francisco, Ca. (Cole Valley neighborhood)
SCHEDULE: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm OT + Travel
(2) CHILDREN: 5 & 2 year old girls
Our family is looking for a dedicated career Nanny and Family Assistant who is committed to a long-term position and is eager to grow with our family as our needs evolve over time. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of longevity in previous nanny roles and possess a strong work ethic.
In this role, you will primarily focus on childcare duties, providing loving and attentive care to our children. However, as they grow older, the position will transition into more of a Family Assistant role, offering you the opportunity to contribute to various aspects of household management.
The role includes one date night per week, preferably on Friday evenings, as well as travel 3-5 times per year. Flexibility and adaptability are key qualities we are seeking in our ideal candidate.

Qualifications:
Long-term experience with toddler and young school-age children
A genuine love and passion for children's understanding
A deep knowledge of supporting developmental milestones
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a busy household effectively
Excellent work ethic and communication skills
The ability to adapt and anticipate the family's needs and routines
Looking for a long-term position with a 5+ year commitment
Travel Ready!
Requirements:
A minimum of 5-10 years of recent, professional experience
The ability to travel domestically & internationally with the family 3-5 times per year
Strong English communication skills
Strong references from past employers
Willing to pass two background checks (Trustline & Nanny Verify)
Ability to make at least a 5+ year minimum commitment
U.S. Citizen /Work Authorization
Valid driver's license and clean driving record CPR Certification if applicable
Currently updated vaccinations including flu, Tdap, proof of Covid 19 + Boosters
You are local to the SF Bay Area
Are a career Nanny with at least 5 years of recent experience
Can make a long-term commitment
Have excellent references
Are flexible to work up to 12-hour shifts plus travel
Have a clean DMV record and can perform a background check
