Residential Property Manager (Weekly Pay) (Yardi Exp)

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Property Manager for a beautiful community in the Castle Rock area.

The Property Manager will help to familiarize you with the community's resident files while you take necessary measures to ensure new documents are received and files are complete/up to date. You will hold down the fort and assist residents and prospects while helping to work through their files.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Actively engage prospects and relay pertinent information about their housing requirements
• Report to the Regional manager with updates
• Review resident files to ensure documentation is accounted for and up-to-date
• Experience in Occupancy
• Collection of rent
• Fill occupancy
• Managing Tenants
• Handling Leases
• Finding Tenants
• Evictions
• Dealing with Contractors/Maintenance
• Pay bills
• Manage Budgets

Qualifications:

• Documented experience as either a Property Manager in the multi-family PM industry
• Strong knowledge of qualifications and required documents for affordable dwellings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to adhere to a Monday - Saturday schedule with some hours off during the week to ensure compliance with weekly hours
• Yardi Experience

Pay Range- $55,000-$60,000 a year- (Salary)
