The Hospitality coordinator is responsible for assisting in all aspects of hospitality operations. This includes ensuring exceptional guest experiences, effective staff management, efficient operations, and financial success.

As a Minister of Hospitality, you will play a pivotal role in executing a hospitality experience for our industry guests, employees, and household. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity, expertise, and leadership skills while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Include but are not limited to the following:
- Assist on-site services for weekly events
- Assist with housekeeping tasks/Perform cleaning duties during staff shortages
- Assist with tours & off-site activities
- Offer high-quality customer service
- Manage inventory and order supplies for weekly events
- Meet standards and procedures for work
- Attend staff meetings for policy discussion
- Examine and determine need for repair and replacement/alert findings to management
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Deliver instructions with clarity and efficiency to staff
- Interact with guests
- Coordinate setup and breakdown of event spaces
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for F&B execution
- Provide meal service to guests for weekly events
- Provide bar service for weekly events
- Be able to provide back up support to Hospitality Managment
Qualifications:
- This job requires continuous physical movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Must be a team player
- Must have high energy and a positive attitude
- Must be able to work any 10 hr. shift within 8am to 1am, a minimum of 3 days a week
- Must be able to work on weekends and holidays
- Front of house restaurant/bar experience a plus
Must have:
- Proven experience in a hospitality role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using hospitality management software and other relevant technology
- Knowledge of revenue management, sales, and marketing strategies
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and compliance
Preferred:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in hospitality
- Event coordination experience
- Speaking and understanding Spanish a plus

Salary:
- Competitive Salary: $45,000
