Job Description:

As an Outside Appointment Setter at Elios Solar, you will play a crucial role in our mission to help individuals transition to clean, renewable energy sources. Your primary responsibility will be to schedule appointments with potential clients who are interested in exploring solar energy solutions for their homes or businesses.

Please note that this is NOT a remote position, periodic in office attendance is required.

Outside Appointment Setter Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and identify potential customers through various channels.

  • Educate clients on the benefits of renewable energy with the purpose of generating interest.

  • Maintain accurate records of all appointments and follow-up activities in our CRM system.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of appointments and provide necessary support as required.

Job Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required.

  • Be able to walk and be on your feet for extended periods, as this role may require spending a couple of hours at a time in the field.

  • Must be sociable and comfortable engaging with people. Effective communication skills are key to success in this role.
