Medical AI Tutor (MD or equivalent required)

Mercor has an exciting opportunity for qualified medical professionals to work with leading AI labs in Silicon Valley as a Medical AI Tutor. This position pays $100/hour. You will leverage your expertise gained through your MD to test and enhance the capabilities of cutting-edge AI models.

Responsibilities

• Create challenging and domain-specific questions that go beyond the scope of a simple Google search and require a MD-level understanding to answer effectively

• Provide well-crafted answers to these questions, demonstrating the depth of knowledge expected from a medical expert

• Collaborate with the AI development team to refine and improve the model's performance based on your insights and feedback

Requirements

• M.D. (Doctor of Medicine) or equivalent degree from accredited medical school

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written English communication abilities

• Currently reside in the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom

This is a part-time, remote position offering a competitive hourly rate of $100 per hour. You will have the flexibility to allocate your time according to your own schedule, although we ask that you are able to work some number of hours each week. As a contractor, you will log your hours and receive payments via Deel, directly deposited into your bank account.
